#1 Rule: Respect

Rules: It's interesting how I start school & my first writing assignment is about rules. This is my somphmore year & honestly last year I had no rules. People never come to school with the same attitude so this year I walked in to LCCC with my mind changed from the previous year & set to making a great future for myself. 101% focused & I hope I can keep it this way. I choose respect. Why? Well respect, to me, is the rule that all rules are underneath. It's the closet while all the other rules are hanging inside. You have to respect the teacher & his rules in order to follow them properly with a willing attitude. Plus, it takes showing it in order to recieve it. In my case, I'm an energentic person. I adore speaking, writing, dancing. Doing things that give me the oppurtunity to express myself. Sometimes I hate when people tell me what to do, but when I think about it; they do that because they care about you in the sense with whatever they are nagging about. Like parents. That's why I want respect to be a part of my qualities this year & for the rest of my life. It's a beautiful quality. Why not try something new? It's the least I can do for an old time, rulebreaker.
